European energy giant e.on was re-launching its B2B services after a reorganisation, and needed new copy for a new B2B website.
What I did
Engaged by the head office in Essen, Germany, I spent some time with their team to understand the project, and then interviewed key personnel across the sales and product development teams to understand key messages and pitches. I then developed core messaging and content aimed at the B2B market, pushing the company’s essential sustainability messaging and showing a new way forward for industrial energy. Finally, once the copy had gone through the agency’s design and build phases, I took a final pass to ensure keyword optimisation and readability remained intact.
